Fellow Enthusiasts,

After careful consideration I am now contemplating selling my 1967 Camaro 396 Pace Car and letting someone else give her the restoration she so deserves. As a "1 of 11 #'s matching car" this historic vehicle will surely appreciate in the years to come. If anybody on this site has interest I can be reached by e-mail at tnttoys@aol.com. I prefer a straight purchase, but I am also open to partial trades depending on the vehicle being offered. Car is located in Los Angeles California and will need a complete restoration and rust repair. I will wait a couple of weeks before listing this elsewhere. Thanks, Mark

there are times that us camaro enthusiasts long for that one special car. this is one of those times. car will not be cheap and restoration will of course be expensive but this car deserves someones expertise and a little of the wallet opening but you'll have a special car with all original components and documentation. someone buy this car and be the envy of alot of people.

Just how many Canadian Pace Cars are out there?

I'm currently restoring a 67 big block with all the GM Canada documentation to help me along the way? It's my brother's car and was purchased by him in 1973 plenty of stories for this car.

We are always looking but currently have found roughly half the small block and half the big block cars.
Tell us about your car maybe in a new post.

I wish I knew.. this happens a lot.. People take the time to swing by and inquire but then disappear.. Not realizing how much we love to get the full story!

I checked out that Canadian Big Block IPC in Bluetoppace's post. The bumble bee nose stripe looks original; but, it's black. Should it be blue? It seems that the striping along the sides of the car is blue.

Gary , it appears to have a complete front clip from another car on it from the pics I see. Perhaps this is why the blue stripes are not on the front fenders or the bumble bee?

Hi Geoff. I now see what you mean. There is a distinct difference between the "look" of the front fenders and the doors. I did find a couple of photos of this car taken in the late 60's and the bumble/nose stripe is blue. It looks better and proper in blue. Thanks.

This posting must be the same car because it shows the same pictures from 1969. Has anyone seen this: http://usedcarsit.com/used-car...396-1967-Camaro-Indy Scroll down and you will see a multitude of photographs of this car as it was when it was being sold. As for the black nose stripe it states that "The front fenders, inner aprons, hood and upper and lower valances have been replaced and are in rust-free condition."
