They are 16 Shade 13 Blue as recommended by Charley Maule. I got matching door panel carpets as well. The vinyl appears to be the correct shade of dark blue and the thread to sew it on is also a matching dark blue. So it looks like I don't have to worry about the issues that Charley had.

Thanks to everyone who did the research so that I was able to identify the correct carpeting. Otherwise I would have just ordered Bright Blue and would have had the wrong thing.
