Can you take that license number and see who owns this car, a private individual, or if it is manufacture owned?

Steve , this car would be a test mule , owned by GM in USA or GMH in Australia. Whilst it is registered Left Hand drive , it would probably be destroyed or exported out of Australia after use.

Here it would have had a manufacture plate of some kind, but that plate looks like it is a normal run of plates.

It sure looks sharp to me!
