So does anyone know if all were sold? I counted only 22 in the on track photo, where were the other 2? That would have been a really nice delivery experience for those buyers, I am sure it will be a day they all will remember and it looks like it was done up right! They should have done something like this for us 2004 Impala SS Indy Edition owners! With 4088 of them they could have lined us up 5 wide around the entire speedway! What a photo opportunity they missed!

Yes all 24 sold out quickly to places all around the country. There were 23 out on the track with an Indy pace car, and one was under it's cover in the plaza area for a ceremonial unveiling. Seven rows of three, one in the back, and Dennis'(2010pacecar)in the front with the pace car.

And how about Andy's and my parking space. In the "Pace Car Garage!!!" Pretty cool!

Well I did speak to someone I think was Gary Pedigo, He mentioned a customer that bought more than one but wasn't there to take delivery. I mentioned that the poor guy didn't know what he was missing, and he said it was Tony George's cousin. So probably no big deal to him!
Oh and no cake, just some snack type foods and soft drinks/water.

The owner of Hare told me that his son was getting one. That may be the car on Ebay. Both Skillman and Hare had more than one customer.

They are gorgeous cars... the way the market works it too bad Chevy wouldn't make this as a regular RPO so anyone could buy one and they would stay at sticker... oh well
