Hi, I just found this forum I have a 69 pace car I bought in 1976. I believe the motor is the original as long as the tranny. I did have it repainted in 1983. I am going to have the motor gone through, painted etc. Is there something I should be careful of, i was thinking of changing all the hoses , spark plug wires etc. should I keep all of the old ones? i'm not planning on selling it but just wondering if i'm doing anything wrong or what to look for? any advice would be great! thanks again, Nick 69pacer

Take lots of pictures and use those to make sure everything goes back the way it was orginally. Make sure you don't dispose of anything until you are absolutely sure you or anyone else on the board here doesn't have any use for it.
