Actually it is 1 May 13th and 1 June 20th date. The price is slightly above average but not by much. Believe it or not the smog ones are very hard to find at the moment as most have been plug welded over the years. If these are threaded caps then he will likely get at least the $800.

A set of late March through mid May non smog will sell for an average of $1200 for the set in the current market providing that the condition is good. The majority of the value is in the drivers side. The passenger manifold will only fetch $350 or so in most cases. The low is around $800 for that range and high $1500 for the set.

Sad but true.

I don't know this guy, but he lives only 10 minutes away from me. I will have to see who he is and what he has as far as Camaro stuff.

I have to disagree!

Here's why....

In my opinion, this is not really a matching set, which if it was, does bring the bucks.... At least by his description...I figured the seller meant he had one March manifold by printing 3-13-7 and one and one June one.....
The dates should be much tighter to get the type of bones this guy is asking!

I agree with Tony.
A good matched set should be a day or two apart in dates and in awesome shape to fetch $800 to $1200. The May 13th date would have been perfect for my (May 17) built 396, but it is a smogged manifold. Too bad!

Dang forgot to put in the IMO disclaimer to keep from getting slammed, just kidding. IMO none of these should sell for more than $200 a set (I will take all you have). I have been watching 67 dated parts for quite a while and although I agree that the prices should be lower, that is an average of what I have been seeing over the past year on E-Pay. I don't know where he came up with 3 on the one date but if you look at the casting it is clearly an E.

Hey Mike,
I hope you didn't think we were slamming you buddy. I was just expressing my opinion for prices that I have seen or would pay myself if I were looking for big block exhaust manifolds. I know 69 Z28 exhaust manifolds go for big bucks ($1500) a pair for ones in good condition. They could be higher now. It is hard to keep up with these prices. It like airline tickets (up, down, up, down) you get the idea. Big Grin
