Tom, on my original motor it was painted orange.Also, I mailed you some pictures of the hideaway assembles I picked up, showing the non painted pieces.

This may be off topic, but could someone tell me the best way to test power top motor with the cylinders and lines connected. I bought these original pieces and want to make sure they work properly before installing them.
