Our friends in Canada get to pick 6sd Manuals! canada flag

I would rather have an Automatic but good for them. That should be a rare car!

GREAT question. Given most dealers probably ordered or where automatically shipped their pace cars I wonder if any came thur as manuals. Looks like we are looking for the 2010 version of the 1982 J65 Disc brake cars. we'll all need to keep an eye out for them!

There is definetly 4 6 speed cars that I can verify and one is a ZL575 SLP car that will make its debut at The Ontario Camaro Nationals June 11-13 at the SLP display. There may be some of the above mentioned 6 speeds in attendance as they belong to members of our club.Take a trip North of the border and come join us for what promises to be a very exciting weekend.www.ontariocamaroclub.com.

Lee it appears to me that in the states that no one, individuals or dealers, ordered them. GM decided on the number and just built them and then informed top selling dealers they'd be getting one. So if this was indeed the case I think they built them all the same with automatics since it was included on the press release.

Oh I don't doubt it. As I said "in the states". GM has promised 200 to U.S. dealers, and they built 50 for the track. So apparently the Canada cars aren't included in that 250 number of replicas in the states, and for a change they get some special treatment. Maybe 'cause they're built there! Wink

Big Grin. One could import a 6sd Pace Car in to the us if they wanted to. Only a few things that need to be done. It would cost a little with the exchange rates. canada flag

Yes that is correct. As I said once again "in the states." The 200 for U.S. dealers, 50 for the speedway Festival cars, and 45 for the Canadians. us flag canada flag
