This will be interesting to see how many of us will be able to do this. I hope a lot can. I won't be able to myself. If the parade was on qualifying weekend when I am going to be there with my car for the reunion that would have been great, but won't have my car there on race weekend. For those of you in the Indy area this will be a blast! Thanks to Bill for helping get this arranged.

The Andy Griffith Show Episode 102: Black Day for Mayberry
Originally Aired on Nov 11, 1963. Average User Rating: 4.2 out of 10 (278 entries).
A top-secret gold shipment from the Denver Mint to Fort Knox is scheduled to make a stop in Mayberry, and only Andy and Barney know about it. It turns out Barney can't keep a secret and everybody in town knows about the gold. The top secret shipment is greeted with a carnival-like reception and Barney almost blows another secret when he discovers the gold is gone. What Barney did not know was that, at the last minute, the real shipment was diverted and the truck was a decoy

Bill....can you tell us a bit more about this and what the cars will be doing? Will they be driving in a group by years or what? I know with the 67-69 convertibles you were looking for earlier no passengers were allowed just the driver, how about in this group of non convertibles? Is a passenger or passengers allowed to ride along? Some more details may be helpful. Thanks!

The convertibles will be used for celebs, we could use one more, maybe. The others will either be used as spacers throughout the parade or at the very end. I don't have an answer on the passenger question but I have asked. The convertibles carrying Celeb can't have passengers. This is a REALLY cool thing to do.

Bill says he still needs another convertible, any of you guys or gals willing to cut the roofs off your 82's, 93's, 09's, or 10's?

Be sure he can still use yours before you light up the torch! Frowner
