Put my car in it's first car show a month ago this Saturday. Haven't shown a car in decades. It was put in the club, that holds the shows, newsletter. Won 'Class Winner' for group 86-95 Chevrolet.
Newsletter is in a PDF file, and can't load it in here. But I captured a few pictures off the computer screen to post. All the club members loved the car. They were amazed by the bio sheet in the window.
In the picture you see it angle parked under the parking lot light. The photographer wanted in under the lights to take better pictures. The show was from 7:00 - 11:00 PM. There were 287 entries, pretty large for a outdoor car show. It runs May - October every year. This message has been edited. Last edited by: IPC 93,
I'm just as proud to show it, as you are to see it Tom. I've been in several car clubs in my lifetime. I even started one in the 60's. But none I enjoy being a member in as much as this one.
Is this website and all its members considerer a 'club'? I would like to know because the next time i enter a show I would br pleased to indicate a club affiliation. Also does this club have static widow stickers with the club's logo? I would proudly display the club's logo everytime I drive it. Tom

Some call it a club, some call it a group. I'm not real big on being politically correct I guess. I've been in so many car clubs over the years it's a habit for me.
As for the logo on the bio sheet in the car window. I made it up myself. If there is a decal of any kind I'm sure Bill, Tom, or someone else will know.
Tom what about that Irish Pub in Boston where you can always be found holding up the bar with a pint of Guinness in one hand and the mouse to your lap top in the other clicking away on this website.LOL.
Tom we gotta start having monthly meetings there. What have you been waiting for?Holding out on us and keeping that place all to yourself eh!I bet the food there is just as good as the drink.I can smell the potato soup and guinness stew from here.LOL
