Does anyone have an original or copy of an original White 1993 Pace Truck Windshield Chevrolet Banner? I could use a new one for the 93 Pace Truck I just bought.

I had one that I sent to a guy in NY to use as a templete. Never got it back. I saw his truck on EBAY a few months back so I guess its gone. Frowner

If you find one, send it to me so we can make an electronic template so we can make more as people need them.

Danny, have you talked to Graphik Concepts. I believe the banner for the 93 Pace Cars are the same as the Brickyard Festival Cars and I'm pretty sure Graphik Concept made them. If they did make the cars, I'll bet they made the trucks also.

Not so fast. I wish it was that easy. I ordered one. The one Grapik Consepts is selling now is correct for the late 90's trucks. The 93 is smaller.

Wow, I am glad I did not place my order yet. I gave them the info that I had a 1993 Pace Truck and even gave them the VIN and they told me they had what I needed, so what they have is actually larger than what was on the 93 Trucks originally based on Lee getting one of theirs. Lee, how much larger is it (taller, wider, or both), and is it the same font style with the letters leaning to the right as on the 93? The original one on the truck is 4 inches tall vertically bottom to top and 41 inches wide from the top left edge of the C to the top right edge of the T measured across the top.

I think I would mention to Graphik Concepts what Lee posted and have them verify if the correct graphic was sent. With all the different variations used over the years, I could see a mixup happening.

When I was emailing them this morning I also asked about the Winged Wheel emblems for the sides of the bed. They did tell me that they did not have the version of those available that were on the 1993 trucks, but had a NEWER version. I have not really noticed any difference myself in the 93 version of a winged wheel decal and NEWER versions. Anyone know what the difference is in older and newer winged wheel decals? I am talking about the ones with the multi colored flags and the gold wings with black outlining used on the sdes of the bed of the 93 trucks and used on various other pace car type vehicles over the years in different locations. I always thought they were all the same.

The one on my windshield is big enough that the wipers cross over a few of the letters? Its old because its dry cracked but? I think I'd rather have the wrong size new one than a cracked old one regardless.. here's mine: can anyone tell if its the big or the little version?

I did send another email to Graphik Concepts to ask about the size on these. I told them that one of the members bought one from them and it was larger than the original. I gave them the dimensions of mine and asked them to check and let me know what they had and if it was the same size or different in any way. Will keep you advised.

Tom, to look at yours it looks the same as mine, even though what is now yours was mine! Yours now looks the same as mine now!
