I am looking for some advice on a purchase. My wife and I have an opportunity to purchase either a 6-speed manual or automotic 2011 Camaro Pace Car. If you had a choice which direction would you go and why?

I'd definitely go with a manual transmission - not common now days and I personally enjoy shifting manually, just more fun to drive. But I guess it's all about how you intend to use it. If you're really driving it for transportation daily I might go with an automatic.

Always go with the manual. They tend to be more rare. Unless you buy the auto for your wife and the manual for you. Then put the miles on her car and drive yours on Saturday night!!
