Ed, I used the Right Stuff fuel line and brake lines. Comes in regular or stainless steel. Exact copy of original, one piece from tank to fuel pump. Very happy with it. Ask for Dave Roberts, he owns the place and has or had a pacer.

David, I actually called there but got kinda turned off . The reason being my car is a " late " build 327 /210 2 barrel and the late cars used a 3/8 " outlet on the fuel pump but at the carb inlet it is still 5/16 ". I dont have the original fuel line from pump to carb to see how they accomplished having different size fittings on each end. I called Right Stuff but they couldnt tell me the difference between the before and after 4/67 fuel lines. And they didnt seem to care either or want to bother checking. If you make them dont you think you would know the difference.... ? So to me that was a big turn off. Thanks though, EDV.

Ed, call them back and ask for Dave Roberts, mention that guy in Canada with the pace car and Tom from the pace car site sent you there and you need some assistance. Mention the problem. These guys make lines for other suppliers as well. They should be able to help. I'd think there should be a difference between the owner and a salesperson when it comes to getting your questions answered. Please let us know either way as there are a bunch of 327 Camaros out there.

I called and only Bear was available. He "thinks" the only difference is that the fuel pump end fitting is the difference. Same 5/16 " diameter line and carb end fitting but the pump end " MIGHT BE " 3/8 ". I ordered one , we'll see when I get it. EDV.

If its true Chevy used the 3/8" pump fitting then the easy thing to do would be to put a 5/16 line with a 3/8 fitting at the end.. Regardless I'd still love to see proof of this.. I never heard of it before

Its very confusing especially when you dont have the original line. Has anyone ever seen a 2 barrel with a 3/8 " line and inlet fitting ? All the catalogs say the late builds were a 3/8 pump outlet but I havent seen anything on a 3/8 carb inlet? I talked to alot of people and no definite answers. EDv.

Talking to that Bear guy was very trying. He was very distracted, alot of long pauses and getting him to go physically go find the line and check even after he mentioned it just wasnt going to happen. I have my fingers crossed on even getting the part # I ordered.

Ed , We buy all of our stuff from these guys and they are usually way helpful and know their stuff. first Its also first rate product like the guys say. Like everyone else also says Bear , Dave & Jay should take car of you. Cheers

These guys sell to most of the major distributors. What do the factory parts or assembly manuals show? Is it possible you have it wrong??? confused

I called in and checked out some of Daves cars and also the factory / warehouse on my last trip to the 100th Indy. Dave does have two 67 IPC's and some other cars I would love to own.. yea

Geoff, What part do you think I might have wrong ? I am confused on some of this and am just going on whats in catalogs and research that I can find. I called them hoping they could answer some question but they werent sure themselves. I am sure too they are stand up guys . I will see what I get from then and have to take it from there. It seems there really isnt much interest in 2 barrel Camaros or many untouched ones left to get definite answers.

You could get some steel line and a bender and have at it! The ends would be wrong colors ect and you would prob have a reducer on one end but it beats the hell out of rubber hose. It's an aquired art but not hard and material is cheap. Cheers

I received the fuel line today from The Right Stuff part # fpc6703. It's a 5/16 " line with a gold 5/16 " fitting at the carb and a red 3/8 " fitting at the pump. I dont know if 100% correct but thats what they offer ???

If I'm not mistaken the fittings anodized color is a standard thing that visually denotes the fitting size.. I'd bet these guys have that right! I think if you saw the factory there would be bins chuck full of all the same color fittings BEFORE assembly because the color denotes the ends size regardless of the application

I guess more importantly, will this set up for what you wanted it for? If not would a reducing bushing work in conjunction with the line.
