I know I have seen at least one car with this top and several with the code but a different treatment because they are not reproduced. It is very unusual.
Even though it's listed as beige/light fawn it's actually considered by most to be parchment/white. Companion color for white bumble bee stripe. Extremely rare. I've seen it with plum...nice.
I just checked MacNeish's book, he list "6" as white vinyl top. Confusing why black conv. and black vinyl share "2" while white conv. is "1" and white vinyl is "6".
Here's one even rarer (ebay item # 120839059169). Sierra fawn (rarest 67 color, 2% of total production) combined with the L78 motor, (1138 produced)...possibly one of one.
My buddie with the body shop I sponge off of has a sierra fawn 67 SS coupe.. 350 car.. I like the color although thats pretty much the color of every Honda and Toyots these days!
