Saw this on YouTube. It has all the right colors, except for any blue nose remnants that I can see!
Could this possibly be a Pace Car?

Is it just me or are there two smudges on the drivers side wing window where numbers could have been on this Camaro?

OK thats one crazy video.. How'd you find that? The guy doesn't even speak... I got excited and thought for a second it might be the Clary Bros. ! The car is likely not a Festival car with 4 speed, rear antenna and the other optional wheel but yes...Very Pacecar worthy.. can we contact this dude?

Tom,
I just stumble acrossed this video by accident. I was looking at 67 Camaro's on YouTube and saw this video called "My Future Project" not even expecting to see this Camaro. I thought it might be a tractor or something and Holy Cow! My first thought was "That looks like a Pace Car to me!". Thought I would pass it on for everyone to see. It is pretty cool how it gets pulled out slowly and "Viola" instant Big Block Camaro!!:-) That video was posted almost a year ago. I left a comment asking him about the cowl tag. It could be year before we hear from him, if that. You never know what you will find in those sheds out back!!:-)

Well, believe or not he replied very quickly.
Here is what he said,
"I'm not looking at it right now, but what you see is what the car is. RS/SS, 396, 4 speed, convertible, gauges, tack, 12 bolt posi, rear traction, power top, deluxe interior, white exterior, blue interior, etc... But no fold down rear seat... do you still want the numbers?"

I replied to him asking him for the trim tag info and sent him my email address. Hopefully we will find out soon what this Camaro is!:-)

The tachometer goes to only 5500 rpm so it is a 325hp 396, not a 375hp. It is still a cool Camaro even if isn't a Pace Car. Wouldn't it be something if it was built in April?

Tony,
What are your thoughts about this Camaro? Pretty interesting huh? Big Grin I was totally unprepared for this when I first saw this video. I said the samething when I saw a big block convertible being pulled out and then saw pacer colors.

Guys,
I did a screen captured of the wing window on that video. I tried several times to capture the video at the exact time you can see these two smudges. I circled them in red. Does anyone else see the samething I do? It was the best I could do to capture the glue residual. It is hard to see what the numbers would be, but you can clearly see two residual imprints of something that was there. I would guess his rear view mirror would be the link to tell which number this could be if it turns out to be a Pace Car.

Tom!!

There should be no numbers on the wing windows.... Chevrolet's Festival numbers were on the upper half of the door just forward of the side mirror.
Only the Pace Car group of cars had numbers on the Wing and those two cars are already known.

Thanks Tony! I didn't know that. I learn something new all the time. Big Grin It is still strange that there are two smudges right there
in that spot. Must be a coincidence. No word yet from the guy. Patience is a virtue!
