Nice to see this car coming along. From knowing some of the history on this car, I'd like to say thank you for your patients, things have come around. Also having seen the car at Carlisle it is wonderful to see how Tom has taken some items to task and will make the car look more correct. Good job everyone involved. Please keep us posted as I'm sure it helps motivate others here with similar little issues with their cars.

Well my camera has failed me today BUT.. heres what I've got.. the Ricks 2010 catalog makes no mention of this rod but the website does.. quite simply.. I missed it and it must be new . The rod I made is the bees knees so its staying.. there gets to a point where the nickle and dime money and the extra brand new parts laying around is just brutal..somethings gotta give

My trac bar bushing fit pissa and you cannot see it anyhow once installed..but again.. GREAT to know you can rebush these babies now!

Hanging around unused for years and years can make things go bad.. heres a great example. the brake bore from the original caliper started leaking very slowly and soaked the brake pad until it swelled and delminated... years ago someone must have ground on the calipers to fit different wheels anyway so we have decided to try the repro calipers and the new repro 2 piece rotors from The Right Stuff ( who is Dave Roberts the owner of Festival car 101 )

The parts look terrific and we will be fitting them soon. The originals will be boxed up and kept of course.. We are balancing a showable car against the reality which is kids and rides around town safely and comfortably... When I added power steering to my Pacer I saved all the parts and boxed them up... no harm, no foul.. just convenience

The inner bearing were stuck on hard.. gotta remember to NOT have any paint overspray or burrs on these surfaces..!a little emary paper goes a long way.. 5 minutes tops

Like I said above.. put the original calipers in storage and use these babies if your going to Drive The Car! these have no casting dates but look super high quality

Heres my throttle rod.. love it or leave it.. Its in the correct hole right Ed? I double checked the assembly manual for V8... Has perfect throw to the pedal.WOT

I think that pivot ball needs to be removed from the lower throttle arm? I think it serves no purpose in this application?

The car ended up with the 68 style dull finish wheel center.. If anyone has a 67 bright chrome one in good shape please speak up

I think the ball is for the powerglide kickdown.

Tale of a bunch of speedo cables.. Heres a classic case of spending too much money by not doing things right the first time.. The one in the car was two screwed together.. whoa no..for a Pacecar.. The rolled up one the Bros. bought but if you don't get one with the funky firewall grommet installed before they terminate the ends you can't have it happen.. The other is the correct one from Ricks Camaros.. whew
