OK Super Trim Tag Man..

Last line is 4P 5BY-

4P is the 275HP 350 Engine, what is the 5BY- ???

I now assume the B is for Bumper Guard package - what about the 5, the Y, and "-" ???

Heres the skinny on your tag.. Which by the way is quite full and has good options Cheers

04A First week of April 1967 built
732-Z Deluxe Bright Blue Interior
C-1 White paint with white convertible top

WD W= Tinted Windshield
D= Power Convertible Top

2LGS L= 4 speed trans
G= Center Console
S= Rear mounted antenna

3SL S= Interior decore package ( bright stuff )
L= Rally Sport package

4P 295 horse 350 engine

5BY B= The bumper guards, door guards and mats
Y= Deluxe seatbelts ( shiny buckles etc) )

- special instructions for Pace Car package.. all facts of the dash still to be determined

Without the dash you car would have had a black nose stripe and black pinstriping and would not be refered to by Chevrolet as a Pacecar replica.. the dash is the money baby Wink

OK - I have forgetten that each "area" starts with its own number: 2, 3, 4, 5...

now that you mention the seatbelts, I do remember the Y option (of course my original front belts are long gone for some reason, and I have cheap Taiwan copies)

If you have the B-code, does that automatically get you both front & rear guards - or just rear ones? I seem to remember a big deal about the Canadian Pacers getting front guards - and I thought everyone else must have added them at the Dealer.

thanks

Jim

Hey Tommy,

What did you drive to work today?

New shocks = much nicer freeway experience. I think those Gabriel front shocks were installed during the Nixon Administration.

No. Actually, it's "Drive your 67 Pace Car to Work and Warm the Planet" Day.

Didn't you get the memo ?

Jim
