Ok, I joined this site to clarify a few things. Then I should be done venting.... First off, I don't even own a Camaro, but that does'nt mean i don't appreciate them, and the Pace car's are rare & cool & collectible. I"ve been watching this forum since Sappy first posted it. I'm the guy that answered sappy's AD, wanting parts for his camaro. I have known the owner of this Pace car, for a # of years. The nicest non-car guy you could ever meet, he would give you the shirt off his back, and is as Honest as the day is long. I took Mr. Sappy to my friends house to show him the car. So everthing that was posted about the car and how he aquired this car is the Truth, Even the part about the Gun. Mr. Sappy is a very nice and Honest person and down to earth. There's no-way he could have fabricated this adventure (For you non-believers). Oh, 1 more thing... The COPS are'nt on to him. He is the man, and we should all be fortunate enough to be arrested by such a caring Person and fellow car buff. Thank you for your time, Don't Crush'em Restore'em

I'm a bit confused here - I sure haven't ready anything that looked like Mr Sappy fabricated the story, did I miss something? I haven't seen anything that questioned his honesty or integrity either. The only question of integrity that I have seen I interpretted as questioning the person who sold it to the current owner, not the current owner and not Mr Sappy.

I think this might be a classic case of things sounding insultuous when written but in fact is just a discussion guys.. I think the point is whomever told the gun story from the very beginning long a go may have been full of sh it.. Not anybody here or anyone we know.. just that it sounds a bit outlandish.. which is why I wrote about the Poker game car.. bacuase the strangest things in life are true..

As far as Randy the owner. He is a COOL dude. Not many owners would say hey the keys are in it take it for a drive.

AS FAR AS THE COPS ARE ONTO ME. (Da Weave) LOL. I have to admit I have some of my freinds in blue watching for Da Weave speeding out there. But unable to catch him so far....
