Have I missed an announcement? I did find this photo, of what looks to be an Indy Grand Sport Corvette with Rick Mears and Jimmie Johnson on the Brickyard home page.

I was told that the Graphik Concepts crew was suppose to be in Indy either this week or last week getting the cars ready. Should be seeing them soon I would think.

I thought some of the 2010 Camaro festival cars were being held over to perform double duty of some kind for the Brickyard???Have you heard anything Lee.

They sold or gave away all 50 of the Festival cars. Yes the number is 50 not 51. Brickyard will get 20 new Camaros. Peter are you ready for a White and Green Brickyard SS. Not sure yet if they are 2011.

Should be all 2011 if they were built after mid May I believe.If I had known we could have staked out the factory or stripe shop for spy shots.That would have been another cool set of pictures to get.White and green would have been easy to spot sitting in the holding yard.Too late now with the race only a week away.Any pictures yet Lee??

Lee, a white and green Brickyard has an appealing sound to it, but they would have to be a convertible for me to be motivated. I don't think that will happen this year. Suppose we could request a couple of them be six speed manuals when they do build one?

Hey Lee, are you not able to find out what the Pace Car for the 400 is? If so, I may be able to get that information tomorrow mourning from Graphik Concepts.

My guess is they will send White Camaro SS Coupes with Automatics and put a logo on the door like that Corvette. They could look good with black stripes!

Are you guys talking Cynergy Green with white stripes like on the Indy Pace Cars or White Camaros with green stripes? Cynergy Green with white stripes like Indy cars would be very cool.
I understand the Cynergy Green is a standard 2011 color.

Yes the green is listed as a standard 2011 colour to be ordered on any model but my understanding is that the seats with the green stitching were only available on last years run of six cylinder synergy green edition cars.

If they did do some Synergy Green Brickyard cars they would be noticable for sure! You can see those comming a mile away!

Just to be clear they are 2011 White RS/SS Coupes that will get a green logo on the door.

When I asked the question, all I got was a big smile. He said he didn't know why they were waiting so long to make the announcement this year. He did finally tell me the Pace Car was a Corvette but wouldn't say what color it was. He smiled again and said let's just say its multi colors.
